Choose from over 70 courses and activities for adults and children. Many courses take you out and about exploring Lancashire and the Lake District, making the most of the fabulous scenery and historic and cultural heritage.

Stay on campus in our en-suite accommodation (half board or self-catering) or attend on a daily basis - the choice is yours.
Varied evening programme includes quizzes, music, wine tasting, a pub walk, trips off-campus, entertaining talks by University lecturers, and much more.

The choice of half or full day courses (each lasting five days) covers a wide range of fascinating subjects including history, languages, literature, writing, music, philosophy and religion, as well as activities such as yoga, NLP, arts and crafts, and much more.
We seek to make all of our programmes as accessible as possible to all students. We welcome disabled students and seek to increase substantially their representation within our student body. If you have a disability or a particular requirement we will do our best to ensure you can take part in your course on equal terms. Our Summer Programme staff will be happy to discuss your requirements and any necessary arrangements we may need to make.
Courses cost from £65 for five half days. Course fees include all entry fees and transport, plus free evening social events.
