Vitalise is a national charity offering a wide range of accessible breaks for disabled adults, children and carers. The essence of all our breaks is freedom and choice.
Our five fully accessible UK Centres provide 24-hour nursing care on-call and personal support in a relaxed holiday environment with activities, excursions and evening entertainment.
We also offer:
- Accessible holiday lodges in the stunning Cornish countryside
- Activity and adventure breaks for children and adults with physical, sensory and learning disabilities.
- Breaks at accessible hotels in Europe for independent disabled travellers and carers.
- Holidays in the UK and abroad for visually impaired people accompanied by sighted guides, ranging from beach holidays and city breaks, to off-road driving and skiing.
