Twenty-five years ago, the UK’s first ever outlet shopping centre opened its doors in the heart of Somerset. Unlike any other shopping experience, today it is home to more than 90 designer and high street brands with up to 60% savings on RRPs every day.
Find your way through the Village with paved walkways and canopies, you will be surprised by what you find and enjoy the tranquil oasis. With award winning landscaped gardens, raised flower beds and an amazing range of established trees, there is a unique atmosphere that makes a visit to Clarks Village so exciting.
Offering an unrivalled and unique shopping experience, Clarks Village has evolved over the years, and with exciting plans for the future, the Village continues to progress in an increasingly premium and fashion forward direction.
Clarks Village outlet shopping offers prices that are up to 60% off the RRP, as well as additional seasonal promotions and special offers every day. There is some misconception that outlet shopping means limited sizes, end-of-line, seconds or clearance, but it’s certainly not the case today at Clarks Village. The high street and designer brands will have a wide range of stock including the latest fashions and trends, with some brands even creating special “outlet” collections.
At Clarks Village you can hunt for that perfect deal, whether it’s designer fashion, every day or special occasion clothing, formal wear, sportswear, leisurewear, cookware, homeware, food & drink, gadgets & gifts, beauty & cosmetics, footwear or accessories there is an array of choice for every taste and pocket. Today brands include Superdry, Original Penguin, Hobbs, Barbour, Molton Brown, Radley, Osprey London, Hotel Chocolat, Lindt, Gap and is home to the largest Clarks Factory Outlet store in Europe. New stores that have opened in recent months include; Jack Wills, Paperchase, Mint Velvet, Jack Wolfskin and Dune London.
Clarks Village introduced a new Guest Services team back in the summer ’18 who are on hand to welcome, support, offer advice and provide excellent customer service. Located at the Grange entrance (main A39 car park entrance), at the old Tourist Information Centre (on the edge of the central garden area) and roaming the Centre; our team are readily available to help. They manage our Shopmobility service (which is absolutely free of charge) and they can even arrange to meet you at your car with a wheelchair or electric scooter (by the way we have a whole new fleet of them which arrived in the summer), they'll meet coach parties and can even sell you a Clarks Village gift card. They'll also be able to help you with the latest news about Clarks Village - such as new store openings and they'll also help point you in the right direction for the latest offers (especially useful at this time of year when seeking those treasures and gathering those all important gifts). If you're interested in booking one of our wheelchairs or scooters for your visit, you can do so via the Clarks Village website.
With plenty of seating, indoor and outdoor dining at many restaurants and cafes there’s more than just shopping at Clarks Village. Whether kick-starting your day with a coffee from Costa or Caffé Nero, a sandwich or salad from Pret A Manger, a pasty or pastry from The Cornish Bakery, or dinner at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Frankie & Benny’s, Prezzo or Pizza Express; choosing where and what to eat is an equally enjoyable experience.
Open every day, except Christmas Day, Clarks Village has late night shopping ‘til 8pm on a Thursday all year round. Visit the Clarks Village website for details of opening times and don’t forget the restaurants are all open until late each night…
