Tourism for All’s suite of online customer service training is available at 5 levels, to suit organisations of all sizes and all types.
Small business (up to 20 staff) - £150 (+ VAT) for 12 months
This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for up to 20 staff. We understand that staffing can be seasonal and subject to a degree of turnover, so we are happy to be flexible in the numbers of staff who actually login and take the training, provided that this is at a reasonable level.
Medium business (up to 75 staff) - £500 (+ VAT) for 12 months
This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for up to 75 staff. We understand that staffing can be seasonal and subject to a degree of turnover, so we are happy to be flexible in the numbers of staff who actually login and take the training, provided that this is at a reasonable level.
Large business – standard TFA training area (unlimited staff) - £1,000 (+ VAT) for 12 months
This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the standard Tourism for All training area, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches or outlets.
Large business – dedicated liveried training area (unlimited staff) - £1,500 (+ VAT) for 12 months
This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the client’s own dedicated, liveried area on the TFA Training platform, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches or outlets. This fee includes the set up of the client’s dedicated, liveried training area and the creation of liveried versions of the standard courses the client requires.
Chain / Industry Association / DMO - £2,500 (+ VAT) for 12 months
This gives access to our suite of online customer service training courses, through the client’s own dedicated, liveried area on the TFA Training platform, for an unlimited number of staff in all the client’s branches, outlets or member businesses. This fee includes the set up of the client’s dedicated, liveried training area and the creation of liveried versions of the standard courses the client requires.
