Our cottages are set in open countryside 5 miles north of the historic town of Shrewsbury in the heart of the west midlands. We are surrounded by a large garden with a small lake, and fields providing wonderful views of the countryside.
We are passionate about providing all our guests, young and old, with the best of service, including facilities for the less able and wheelchair users. There are ground floor bedrooms and wet rooms, wide doorways and No Steps Guaranteed, including from the large car park to the cottages and garden. Parking is available directly outside the cottage entrance.
We offer short breaks, weekly holidays, longer term rental. We can accommodate up to a total of 18 guests in the terrace of 3 cottages, Chestnut, Maple and Oak. An online booking service is available via our website, with card payment facilities, and the option of a cancellation insurance. For bespoke dates please contact us by email or phone.
We are always happy to discuss your personal requirements to make your stay with us as comfortable as we possibly can.

Travelling North
From Shrewsbury take the A528 towards Ellesmere.
After approx. 5 miles, you come to the village of Harmer Hill.
Pass the Bridgewater Arms / Premier Inn on the left hand side and carry on through Harmer Hill towards Wem for approx half-a-mile.
Newton Meadows is the last property on the left hand side.
Travelling South
Leave the town of Wem, and follow the B5476 towards Shrewsbury.
Harmer Hill is approx. 5 miles from Wem.
Newton Meadows is the first property situated on the right hand side, just before you enter Harmer Hill.
