It is advised to book any assistance at least 48 hours before travel. Either speak to your travel agent or the companies directly to arrange this.
If a business' accessibile facilities are not immediately apparent, do not be afraid to ask a member of staff for help. You are also able to speak to staff at stations, airports, docks and while using buses or taxis if you need additional assistance.
