Our location is perfect for day trips to Perth, Stirling, Dundee, Falkirk, Glasgow, and Edinburgh, while Fife itself offers a wide range of accessible activities and attractions for guests to enjoy close to home.

As you enter Markinch, follow the signs towards the village centre. Wellpark Corner is located in a quiet residential area with simple, well‑marked roads and no tricky turns. Parking is available directly at the property, so you can unload comfortably and settle in without stress.

Markinch Train Station is just a short walk away,(a quarter of a mile away) offering regular direct services to Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Glenrothes. Trains run frequently throughout the day, making arrival simple and reliable.
For bus travel, the nearest major hub is Glenrothes Bus Station, located just one mile from Markinch. You can reach it easily by local bus from the village, with services running throughout the day. The station has a dedicated taxi rank right outside, making onward travel quick and convenient.
