We would love to welcome you to Hall Farm Cottages, we are a family run business in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, our self-catering cottages offer the perfect location to enjoy Norfolk.
With the Norfolk Broads on our doorstep you can easy access the rivers by boat, enjoying either motor or with the help of the wind with the Nancy Oldfield Trust who offer accessible skippered boat trips
Our award winning coastline is just a short drive away and we have our very own Beach Easy Wheelchair so everyone can enjoy the beach.
We have six very spacious three bedroom cottages ideal for our guests in a wheelchair, they all have a downstairs bedroom with an en suite wet room with hand rails, lever taps on the vanity basin, and plenty of room to manoeuvre. Shower chairs or stools, and raised toilet seats are available on request.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom and all the beds can be either singles or king-size doubles. All of our cottages have standard wheelchair-width doors, level paved access from your car into an open plan living area. Specific measurements can be found on our website.
We have two, two bedroom cottages which are perfect for guests with limited mobility as there isn’t so far to walk, we recommend our 3 bedroom cottages for our guests who use a wheelchair
We can bring in profile beds and hoists and more information can be found on our accessible page.
All our cottages are dog friendly and we offer day kennels and a dog walking service can be booked in advance.
We offer a place where families can stay and enjoy wide-open spaces with an accessible games room.
We have our very own fully stocked fishing lake on site and can offer private fishing tuition.
Hall Farm can cater for larger groups of up to 46 adults with an accessible function room.
We understand that every guest has different needs and we aim to make our cottages and facilities available and accessible to all our guests, wherever possible.
