Experience a Glamping Holiday

Accessible Glamping with Experience Freedom from £69* per night

Experience Freedom offers glamping holidays at eight locations across the UK, with three sites offering accessible glamping accommodation. Our sites Troutbeck Head campsite, Coniston Park Coppice in the Lake district and Cayton Village on the North Yorkshire Coast, have accessible glamping pods and cabins suitable for guests with a range of accessibility needs and include features such as level entry, wide doors for easy wheelchair access and at least 1.5 metre turning circles where you need them as well as a stylish wet room with top of the range accessible features and a custom-built kitchen with appliances to help make light meals and snacks.

Troutbeck Head, Lake District:

Situated near Penrith and nestled in a picturesque valley, the site offers stunning views of the North Lakeland countryside and is a great getaway for nature lovers.

The site is ideal for families, with an outdoor play area and games room. It is also only four miles from the restaurants and shops of Ullswater making it the perfect base to explore the area and you’ll find a range of fun activities near to the site including lake cruises, accessible walks and historic castles and gardens. With so many places to visit nearby there is plenty to keep you active. Alternatively just sit back, relax and take in the spectacular views of the surrounding area including Blencathra to the west.

We have a mixture of eight luxury glamping pods and spacious glamping cabins available, including one universally accessible glamping pod that is suited to a number of accessibility needs. Prices start from £69* per night for glamping pods, including the accessible pods and £89* per night for glamping cabins.

The accessible glamping pod sleeps up to 2 adults and 1 child and includes a twin bed with orthopaedic mattresses and a BBQ station suitable for disposable BBQs. Accessible parking is also available beside the glamping pod.
