Bohemia Restaurant has held a Michelin star for 21 years. It has an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere with a chic, lively bar, cocktail garden roof terrace, and intimate dining room, which is equally suited for a romantic dinner as a glamorous night out.
Led by Chef Tom Earnshaw, Bohemia crafts seasonal, modern European dishes that highlight Jersey’s finest local ingredients. An unforgettable dining experience that blends the freshest island produce with French influences, right in the heart of St. Helier.
One of the UK’s most exciting young chefs, Tom’s career has seen him work at four Michelin-starred restaurants including the three-star Moor Hall Restaurant (then two-star) as well as Northcote and The Samling, before joining Bohemia as Sous Chef in 2023.
Bohemia has long been committed to nurturing emerging culinary talent, with five former team members having gone on to earn Michelin stars of their own. Tom is the latest in this line of exceptional chefs to rise through the ranks.
