When it comes to dining there is a table with free standing seating for four people. At the back of the cabin is the comfy double bed - a cosy hideaway whatever the time of year!
The cabin has a tiled floor with an accessible kitchen (with wheel under sink & hob - perching stool available on request) and a modern accessible wet-room, including a step free shower, fixed and drop down grab rail + wall mounted shower seat, lowered shower controls & hand held shower attachment. A static shower seat with arms is available on request. In addition there is a drop-down and fixed grab-rail alongside the comfort height WC, tilting mirror, and wheel-under washbasin with integrated grab-handles.
Externally, Oak Tree Cabin has a private parking space alongside the cabin with a shallow ramp access to the decking where there is level access into the living area. The has an outdoor dining area as well as wooden reclined garden furniture - it is a favourite spot for morning coffee or taking a moment to read a book.
The enclosed garden is dog friendly so your furry friend is welcome to come along too. There is a BBQ firepit and a gate which leads on to a three acre field. Access to the lawn is available via the ramp to the side of the decking.
Beyond the cabin there is lots to explore; beaches, an accessible stretch of the coastal path, the popular coastal town of Salcombe, Dartmoor National Park, and the maritime town of Dartmouth. All are within easy driving distance, and there is a wide range of activities and attractions available locally as well as plenty of day and evening eateries. You will be spoilt for choice!

“Lovely stay, great cabin, great weather, excellent accessible set up, so good, so convenient. Breakfast on the patio over looking the valley was such a joy. Very handy for the coast, the (accessible) walk at Bolberry was particularly good. Peter & Susan + Bayley (the dog!)

“ We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this lovely holiday cabin - truely accessible for a wheel chair and so wonderful to find such stylish accessible accommodation! We can thoroughly recommend Bolberry Down with its purpose built route suitable for wheelchairs & trampers - wonderful views of the coast and Arymer Cover, if you have a Tramper or similar is really quiet at this time of year.
