To enter, fill in the form to be in with a chance of winning. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Tourism for All and Marsham Court have the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

If any error, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (Tourism for All) and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.  The promoter/third party will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed. 
Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Any entries after the closing date will not be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

A winner will be randomly selected from the information submitted to Tourism for All. Multiple entries from one person will not be considered and will count as one entry. No third party or automated entries are permitted. This competition is for UK residents only.  Employees and volunteers of Marsham Court are not permitted to enter.  It is the responsibility of each individual entrant to ensure that they have read and obeyed the competition rules and Ts&Cs. Any entry found not to comply with the competition rules will not be considered. The decision of the Promoters/third party is final and no discussion will be entered into.

Tourism for All and Marsham Court reserve the right to amend, extend or fully terminate this competition at any time without incurring liability. 

The promoter’s/third party’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
