Sara’s Cottage is a 5* award-winning dog-friendly cottage with level access/interior, wide doorways, large luxury wet-room, and a wide range of mobility equipment available to guests. It also has Level 1 gradings for Hearing and Visibility accessibility. The cottage sleeps up to 6 and has three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside of the main school holidays there is a 2 person discount available.
Sara’s Cottage has a spacious open-plan design and a stylish lounge. There is a riser/recliner chair available on request. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen and dining table with seating for six. The south-facing lounge/conservatory has double doors leading onto a level patio and a private enclosed garden.
Sara’s Cottage has three spacious bedrooms (two en-suite) all with doors leading onto the private garden, and a family bathroom with free-standing bath (grab-rails and high bath step available).
The cottage has a large wheelchair-accessible bedroom with en-suite luxury wet-room and direct level access to the garden. The stunning wet-room has a step-free shower, fixed grab-rails for shower, washbasin and WC, drop-down grab-rail for WC, wheel-under washbasin, Aquatec wheel-in shower chair and commode, and toilet seat raiser.
Sara’s Cottage has delightful outdoor spaces including a South-facing private patio with BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, and an enclosed cottage garden. The cottage has private parking and an Electric Vehicle Charging Point available at extra cost for your convenience.

Sara’s Cottage is ideally located in a peaceful rural spot, yet is just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Truro and only 20 minutes from the stunning beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall.
The cottage is within easy driving distance of the popular fishing villages of Padstow, St.Ives and Charlestown; and major attractions such as The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Trust property Trelissick, and the popular family resort of Perranporth.
