About

In the green heart of Somerset, a retail retreat unfolds…

Here at Clarks Village, we are working hard to say, "Welcome" — to as many people as possible, every single day.

We recognise that 20% of adults in the UK have a disability and, of these, 80% have ‘invisible’ or hidden impairments.

Our staff members are offered disability training and we have a number of services to help make a visit to Clarks Village more comfortable and welcoming for all customers.

Some of those services include quiet spaces and shopping hours, as well as sensory aids, mobility assistance and disabled access throughout the centre.

Our free shopmobility service provides electric scooters and wheelchairs during your visit. All stores are on ground level and Clarks Village has wide pathways, so every guest can enjoy the environment and gain access to the stores and gardens.

You can book using our online form HERE. Please ensure that you request this service at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.

Our free of charge Shopmobility service is available every day between the hours of 10.30am to 4.30pm. All scooters and wheelchairs are cleaned and stored for 72 hours between use.

We have recently won Best Dog-Friendly Shopping Centre in the UK for the second year running. You can read more about our dog friendly shopping here.

An outlet escape like no other – where the edge and flair of modern shopping meets the effortless calm of the countryside, and the cool and classic sit side by side. Offering a mix of everyday and aspirational brands, together with casual and contemporary culinary concepts – it’s truly immersive destination with incredible outlet prices and delights to discover around every corner.  Far from the city, but not from the style – experience the thrill of the find, the joy of respite and the ease of country-living.

Clarks Village was the UK’s first ever outlet shopping centre to open its doors back in 1993. Today it’s home to more than 90 designer and high street brands, cafés, ‘grab & go’ kiosks and restaurants that continue to offer great value for money to fashion foragers and style seekers. You will find a wonderful emporium of big name brands including Le Creuset, Calvin Klein Underwear, Barbour, Hotel Chocolat, Levis, Vans, The North Face, Haribo, Radley, BOSS, Moss, Rituals, The North Face and Suit Direct… to name just a few.

As you wander through the five districts; Apple Court, Pear Court, Orchard Square, Central Square and Grange Terrace you’ll discover Clarks Village outlet shopping offers prices that are up to 60% off the RRP, as well as additional promotions and special offers every day. There is some misconception that outlet shopping means limited sizes, end-of-line, seconds or clearance, and it’s certainly not the case at Clarks Village.  The stores have a wide range of stock including the latest fashions and trends, with some brands even designing special “outlet” collections.

You can hunt for that perfect deal, whether it’s designer fashion, every day or special occasion clothing, formal wear, sportswear, leisurewear, cookware, homeware, food & drink, gadgets & gifts, beauty & cosmetics, footwear or accessories.

You will find wide paved walkways and canopies, award winning landscaped gardens, seasonal flower beds and an amazing array of established mature trees. Little ones (and parents) will be amused for hours by the free family-friendly adventure play park, King Arthur’s Forest.

Be sure to find some time to relax and unwind in a range of stylish cafés and late-opening restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining. Whether kick-starting your day with a coffee from Costa, Pret or Caffé Nero, delicious 'grab & go' food and drink, a sandwich or salad from Pret A Manger, a pasty or pastry from The Cornish Bakery, or dinner at Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Prezzo or Pizza Express; choosing where and what to eat is an equally enjoyable experience.

Over the years, Clarks Village has become not only the leading shopping centre of choice for many in the South West, but a destination for many visitors to Somerset from across the UK and further afield. Many events take place during the year look out for details on the Clarks Village website and social media platforms.

Open every day, except Christmas Day, Clarks Village has late night shopping ‘til 8pm on a Thursday all year round. Visit the Clarks Village website for details of seasonal opening times and don’t forget the restaurants are all open until late each night.

Find your way to Clarks Village and discover the big brands and hidden gems. Just 20 minutes from the M5 or the A303.  Electric charging points can be found in car park two.
