About

There’s a FARM-FUL of Family Fun at Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park!

The secret's out and children are shouting about their new favourite place to go!  Discover Dorset’s Award Winning Farm Park, designed specifically for children aged eight years and under.

A recreational day out that still represents great value for money and where little adventurers can frankly ‘let their hair down’ without older children around to stifle their enjoyment! Children can easily stay occupied for hours.

Farmer Palmer’s Address is: Farmer Palmer’s Farm Park Organford Poole Dorset BH16 6EU  You can get to Farmer Palmer’s via Car, Taxi and Public Transport (Bus). The nearest Bus is the Number 40 from Poole/Swanage, it will bring you to the bottom of our drive.  If travelling by Train, the nearest is Holton Heath Train Station and you will require a taxi from there. Alternatively, a train to Poole or Wareham and then use the Number 40 bus to Farmer Palmer’s. If booking a taxi, ask to be taken up the drive to our reception area.

It’s always a great time to visit the farm and meet beautiful animals. Hold adorable guinea pigs, hand feed goat kids, groom the ponies and explore acres of adventure!

Our Welcome All and Autism Friendly training gives you great personal service. We are designed with ramps, and wide doors, and pride ourselves on helping you get the most out of your day. Our award-winning team go above and beyond to bring you the warmest welcome and the biggest smiles! They are approachable, enthusiastic and totally understanding of the needs of our visitors. Many attractions claim to be all-weather and Farmer Palmers really is!

Review from our Christmas Experience - "We visited today with our two children and were blown away by your Christmas experience. This is our third Christmas visiting and it won’t be our last. The reason I came to email is our son is neuro-spicy and struggles a bit, but your elves were incredible and I could see them quietly telling the next section about our son and it made him feel so comfortable and at ease. You have no idea what a difference that makes for us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

With both indoor and outdoor play and animal areas, soft play, sand and splash zones and much moooore! The “Little Farmers Fun Barn” encourages imaginative and sensory play where your young ‘farmers in training’ can feel part of the extended farming family. There are two sets of accessible toilet and baby change areas at Farmer Palmer’s.

The Hen House Restaurant has two accessible Toilets and Baby Change Room available with extra baby change facilities in the female toilets. There are also accessible toilet facilities adjacent to the Little Farmer’s Fun Barn. There are two large rooms built so that a buggy, wheelchair and mobility scooter can all manoeuvre freely inside. These are known as the ‘Family Rooms’. There is a third large round room also in this area. It features a changing table inside. There are also three cubicle toilets.

The Hen House café is your perfect pit stop for ‘re-fuelling’! Serving traditional home-made meals cooked on site and, of course, delicious home-made cakes too. Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free requirements all taken care of. They really have thought of everything! If you, as parents, opened a children’s attraction this is what it would be like!

There is a copy of the timetable printed at the front desk for you to take a photo of. During busy times we may have paper copies of the timetable available.  For times and prices, details of upcoming event, birthday parties and annual memberships please visit the website.
