Paultons is the UK’s Number 1 Family Theme Park — located in Hampshire with over 70 exciting rides and attractions, set within 140 acres of beautiful parkland on the edge of the New Forest National Park. Paultons is also home of the UK Exclusive Peppa Pig World with 9 fun Peppa-themed rides, great for an amazing day out with the kids. Enjoy roller coasters, thrill rides, family rides, indoor and outdoor play areas, water splash parks, entertainments and an astonishing collection of birds and animals at our amusement park.

We welcome visits from guests with disabilities and will do everything possible to ensure they have a safe and pleasurable visit and are able to participate in as many activities as possible. A summary of the facilities we offer are as follows:

Wheelchair or mobility scooter dependent guests are admitted free of charge and are not required to pre-book a ticket. 

A vast majority of the rides and attractions at Paultons, including Peppa Pig World, are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests, therefore we do not offer a discounted disabled rate for guests or their carers.

Nearly all paths are flat and tarmac surfaced.

All restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible.

Ample toilet facilities for guests with disabilities.

Manual wheelchairs are available to hire from our first aid centre free of charge. Limited availability during busy times so please pre-book before your visit by calling 023 8081 4442. Please be aware hiring a wheelchair inside the park does not permit free entry.

We have a Queue Assist Policy available for guests with disabilities who are unable to stand in queues. Guests must apply 7 days in advance of their visit to allow our Park Nursing Team to confirm eligibility for the Queue Assist Scheme. Applications can be made using the online form.

The Victorian Carousel and Rio Grande Train each have a special carriage accessible to wheelchair users.

Little Africa, Beastie Burrow and Parking Lot Tots playground are all fully accessible to wheelchair users. 

Admittance allowed for fully trained assistance dogs.

Tornado Springs

Come on Storm Chasers! Set in a midwest desert resort town in the American heyday of the 1950’s, a trip to Tornado Springs is a vacation like no other! Covering over four acres and featuring 8 exciting rides and experiences!

A highlight of the attractions in Tornado Springs is Storm Chaser an exhilarating family spinning rollercoaster that takes guests to height of 20 metres above ground before ‘riding the storm’.  Cyclonator – a huge Gyro Swing spinning pendulum ride, swings guests to a height of 25 metres –it is sure to put you in a spin!

The land also features Al’s Auto Academy – a garage-themed driving school ride with 30 electric cars, which uniquely gives parents the opportunity to hop on board and help guide more novice younger drivers around the track! All this plus two fun family drop rides called Windmill Towers, the Buffalo Falls water raft ride, and Trekking Tractors that complete the line-up of rides available at Tornado Springs.

In addition, the themed world of Tornado Springs offers Al’s Shop & Service, a confectionery based shop; Route 83 Diner, a family fast food restaurant; - and two amazing playgrounds, Parking Lot Tots and Junkyard Junction, to cater for differing age ranges.

Peppa Pig World

A world first and UK exclusive, Peppa Pig World is an amazing land that lets youngsters discover Peppa’s World in 5 acres of fully themed fun! Meet Peppa Pig along with Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and George, all in their very own land with Peppa Pig themed rides and restaurants. Enjoy The Queen’s Flying Coach Ride, Grampy Rabbit’s Sailing Club, Daddy Pig’s Car Ride, an indoor playzone, Muddy Puddles water splash park and much more!

Lost Kingdom

Don’t forget to visit Lost Kingdom, where dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes greet you at every turn. Journey back 150 million years to discover the forgotten era of dinosaurs Take a Jurassic Jeep expedition, ride the Velociraptor family coaster as it rockets around tight bends at speeds up to 40mph and soar high into the sky on The Flight of the Pterosaur – a suspended family coaster! With plenty for young explorers to discover it will be a Jurassic Adventure for the whole family to enjoy.

Family Rides

Perfect for thrill seekers is the Park’s breath-taking ride, EDGE. Riders swoop and spin through the air reaching a height of 15 metres on a giant disc that travels along a 90 metre track featuring a ‘camelback’ hill to create an amazing floating sensation. EDGE was the first ride of its type in the UK and perfectly complements the Park’s other thrilling rides and attractions including The Cobra. Cobra features a thrilling combination of twists, drops and turns that have made it a great family favourite. There are plenty of slower rides and a 4D cinema to cater for a gentler experience!

Road Directions

You can park your car for FREE at the park.

Paultons is easy to reach being just off exit 2 of the M27, close to the edge of the New Forest National Park. Follow the brown tourist signs on the motorway.

West bound traffic - when leaving the M3 to join M27 please bear left to take M27 West towards Bournemouth and Southampton. Do not follow signs to M27 E (Portsmouth).

Public Transport Directions

BUS -The X7 Salisbury-Southampton service stops at OWER, VINE INN outside the Park which is a 5-10 minute walk along the drive to the Paultons main entrance. During certain Wiltshire School Holidays some journeys travel direct to the Park's main entrance. Please check the Salisbury Reds website for the latest X7 bus timetable information.

TRAIN - The nearest mainline train stations are: Southampton Airport Parkway - 10 miles away with a 15 minute taxi drive to the Park. Southampton Central - 8 miles away with a 10-15 minute taxi drive to the Park. Southampton Central station is situated across the road from the city bus terminals thus providing a link to the Park.

FERRY - Paultons is a short car trip from the Portsmouth International Ferry Port. Ferry Ports Portsmouth International Port - 30 minutes away by caR Poole Port - 50 minutes away by car Port of Dover and Eurotunnel - 2 hours and 30 minutes away by car
