We pride ourselves on offering access for all, and all our staff are trained in disability awareness. For those customers who require additional accessibility requirements the centre has been equipped with:
- Designated disabled car parking spaces
- Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) accredited fitness equipment
- Changing places and accessible changing facilities
- Disabled toilets
- Swimming pool hoist
- Large directional signs
- Dedicated family and baby changing
- Passenger lift to all floors
- Ramp access within the Waterpark to the second floor
