Stephen Dunn – Vice Chair
Stephen has responsibility for Board governance as well as Tourism for All’s support for improving employment opportunities for disabled people in the tourism industry. After an early career in retail, cosmetics and confectionery, Stephen managed a successful, high quality specialist manufacturing business where employee talents and skills counted above all. That experience of creating a totally inclusive workforce led him to the area of disability employment, where for 12 years he worked with some of the largest companies in the UK to increase employment opportunities and create greater equality for disabled employees. Passionate about equality, Stephen strongly supports the belief that tourism and travel should be available to all, with help and support for both the individual traveller and the industry as a whole. He has been a Trustee of Tourism for All for over 10 years.
