This new partnership will help further this cause and provide up-to-date accessibility information for travellers with a wide range of accessibility needs. Together, Tourism for All and TransPennine Express aim to give all passengers the confidence to travel around the network and to keep them up to date with the accessibility services on offer.
TransPennine Express are committed to delivering excellent customer service and making journeys as accessible and convenient as possible. Travellers who need assistance, can find a variety of services on offer, including a ramp to help board or leave the train, a sighted guide, help with moving around the station, help with luggage, as well as wheelchairs and buggies available at certain stations around the network.
