Having spent many years working in HR, it is no wonder that Jeanette Ramsden has developed a passion for supporting and advising in the best ways for businesses to be inclusive and how to create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees. This passion, which was cultivated while HR Director for a leading BPO provider within Deloitte, was developed further with the founding of her company, the Curve Group, of which she is CEO.
