The FA Disability Cup Finals will be aired live for the first time this year thanks to BT Sports. The FA Disability Cup Finals will take place on Saturday, 17th and Sunday, 18th July at St George’s Park with coverage throughout the weekend being broadcast live on BT Sports.

The Disability Cup is the largest competition of its kind in the UK and allows players a chance to compete in a national competition. The broadcast will be presented by Alex Brooker, presenter of Channel 4’s the Last Leg and Paralympic coverage, along with Hannah Cockcroft, Paralympian and BT Sports presenter, Jules Breach.
As part of its commitment to support disability football, the coverage will be available for anyone to watch without subscription via its app. Highlights will be available on BT Sport’s Facebook page and on Channel 4 on 25th July.

This year’s schedule is as follows:

Saturday, 17th July

10.30am – 12.30pm Powerchair Final – Aspire PFC v West Bromwich Albion PFC
12.30pm – 3pm Cerebral Palsy Final – North East and Yorkshire v CP North West
3pm – 5.15pm Partially Sighted Final – Scorpion Futsal Club v Birmingham Fustal

Sunday, 18th July

10.30am – 12.30pm Amputee Final – Peterborough United Amputees v Portsmouth Amputees

12.30pm -2.35pm Blind Final – RNC Hereford v Merseyside Blind and VI FC

This is the first time that live coverage of the final will appear in the UK. It is the most accessible live coverage with finals featuring on three BT Sports Channels, as well as online, each offering different accessibility features. BT Sports 3 will feature enhanced Audio Description, while BT Sport Extra 1 will have BSL and BT Sport 1 will have subtitles. The aim is to include these features on coverage for other sports throughout next season.
