HolidayInDorset has announced that they have been awarded the coveted Rose Award for Service Excellence for their property Birchcroft-hideaway from VisitEngland.  This award is now in its 6th year and has only been awarded to 100 businesses each year for outstanding service to their guests.

Birchcroft-hideaway is no stranger to awards having also recently won Gold for Accessibility at the Dorset Tourism Awards 20/21 and Booking.com’s Traveller Review Award for 2021.

Speaking about their latest award on Facebook, owner Sonia Hall, said: "We are really thrilled to have been put forward for this award and then to have won it is fantastic. We look forward to helping more guests have a great holiday in the months to come."

The Rose Award for Service Excellence is assessed by the VisitEngland team who visit businesses every year to judge their suitability and award star ratings and disability assessment awards based on their findings. The Rose Award is a level above their standard ratings and is only awarded to businesses that exceed all requirements and have gone that extra mile to ensure that guests had a fantastic experience and a lovely holiday.

If you’re looking for a quality stay in an award-winning facility full of additional accessibility features, make sure to check out Birchcroft-hideaway.
