World Autism Awareness Week runs from 27th March until 2nd April and this year’s theme is colour. The National Autistic Society is hosting a virtual challenge and an in person event to help raise awareness, celebrate and encourage us all to add a little more colour to our lives!

The Spectrum Colour Challenge features a variety of challenges, so you can choose the best one that suits you, simply head online here and sign up, they will provide you with everything you need! You can raise as much or as little as you like, as long as you have fun while doing so!

On the final day of World Autism Acceptance Week, you can join in a Spectrum Colour Walk, a sponsored 5K walk that is suitable for all ages and abilities. There are two official events, at Battersea Park in London and at Endcliffe Park in Sheffield. You can find out more here.
