Fairytale Farm has announced a special three-day weekend of child-friendly celebrations to commemorate the King's Coronation on 6th to 8th May 2023.

Fairytale Farm owner, Nick Laister, says: "Join us for a Fairytale Coronation weekend to celebrate King Charles lll’s official anointment as monarch. We have three days of entertainment that includes patriotic crafts in our Coronation Craft Corner, roaming characters offering traditional entertainment around the farm, Mother Goose and friends having their own coronation street party in a new animatronic display, and a big screen showing the all the pomp and ceremony from 10am to 5pm in our Coronation Marquee."

Nick continues: "We are also holding The Big Lunch on all three days, which is a pre-ordered selection of themed picnic hampers for all ages. Place your order at admissions on arrival and then collect from the Beanstalk Cafe at a time of your choice to enjoy in any of our cafe seating or indoor/outdoor picnic areas. Hampers are £5 per person and include a mixture of sandwiches and snacks, with sweet treat and a scone with cream and jam."

Nick concludes: "This is going to be a fantastic weekend, where the kids can enjoy all the animals and fun at Fairytale Farm and the parents can make sure they don't miss the key moments on our big screen. Oh, yes. And come dressed patriotically and receive a sweet treat on arrival."

No special tickets are required; just buy standard admission tickets for 6th to 8th May and enjoy the Coronation fun.

Construction of Fairytale Farm's brand new themed play area, Fairy Dell, is progressing at great speed. Last week saw the first giant toadstool cap placed onto the stalk. The play area is expected to be open in time for the May half-term. This will be a unique themed play area that cannot be experienced anywhere else in the UK.
