Take a walk on the wild side with one of Britain’s best-loved and most intrepid naturalists and TV presenters Steve Backshall at Longleat in Wiltshire next month.

Get up close to different animals and birds with Steve as he introduces visitors to a range of creatures.

Discover facts and figures on different species from a wolf to a reindeer, a lizard to a falcon plus there promises to be some special and exclusive reveals during the Spring shows.

“It’s going to be an amazing event with falconry displays and all kinds of fantastic animals. For me having a young family with three young kids, Longleat is just perfection,” said Steve. “Not only have you the amazing animals, there’s also the Adventure Castle playground, the historic House – it feels like we’re going to need to spend a week there which is exactly what I am going to do.

“It costs just one pound on top of your day ticket and the proceeds will support TUSK, the conservation charity which does so much amazing work across Africa,” he added.

TUSK is a UK-based charity which aids conservation throughout Africa by working with local leaders to support their programmes. For over 30 years, it has supported forward-thinking and successful conservation intervention. Its work helps to protect over 40 species including elephants and rhinos.

The shows take place from 25 May to 2 June – to buy tickets and find out more – www.longleat.co.uk
