About Tourism for All

Tourism for All (TFA) is a national charity dedicated to enhancing accessibility within the tourism industry. With a mission to ensure that disabled individuals and their companions face no barriers in exploring the UK, we work closely with government, industry leaders, and stakeholders. We provide a consumer-facing accessible Travel Planner website, online accessibility training courses endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality and policy advocacy, aimed at elevating accessible travel industry wide.

The Role

The PR Champion will lead TFA’s external communications and help raise our profile with businesses and the media. This role will be central to building awareness of our mission, attracting supporters, and strengthening our industry influence.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage targeted media/PR contact lists.

• Act as the first point of contact for media enquiries.

• Develop and pitch engaging stories and comment pieces.

• Lead TFA’s LinkedIn content strategy (B2B focus) and support partner social media

• Collaborate with Trustees, our CEO, partners, and corporate Champions on joint announcements.

• Maintain a content calendar to support campaigns and key milestones

What We’re Looking For

• Background in PR, media relations, journalism, or communications.

• Confident writer with strong media and social media skills.

• Understanding of/interest in the UK tourism or hospitality industries.

• Self-motivated and aligned with TFA’s values on accessibility and inclusion.

Commitment: 4–6 hours per week, flexible, remote. Reports to two specialist Trustees and works closely with TFA’s CEO and partners
