Cossington Park Estate comprises two stunning period homes that can accommodate up to 18 adults across 9 double/twin bedrooms. The properties can be let together or separately.
With a rich history spanning over 400 years, Cossington Park is filled with antiques, curios and an impressive book collection, creating a unique and charming atmosphere loved by guests.
Park House boasts 6 characterful bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The spacious kitchens are fully equipped to cater for large groups, and there is ample seating for everyone to relax and chat. If you prefer a more stress-free option, we have excellent caterers who can take care of your special celebrations or any other occasion.
The Library Dining Room comfortably accommodates sit-down dinners for up to 30. In the Drawing Room, you can cozy up by the log burner while enjoying a Smart TV. There is a second large living area with another Smart TV and games console, perfect for kids and adults alike to have their own space. While there are steps within Park House, we have made our property as accessible as possible.
Park Cottage is a beautiful 3-bedroom Victorian cottage renovated with accessibility in mind. The ground floor is level throughout with wood floors. There is a sociable open plan living, kitchen and dining area, a ground floor bedroom and a wet room with convenient facilities. The cottage has been awarded National Accessibility Level M1&M2.
Large bifold doors open onto a wheelchair-friendly walled garden with level decking and accessible ramp leading to the rest of the garden.
On the first floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, soft duvets, luxury cotton sheets and a generous supply of soft white towels.
We can provide a wheelchair and other equipment for the convenience of our less mobile guests.
Children and the young at heart will enjoy the accessible Games Room, where you'll find darts, table tennis and a pool table. And for outdoor enthusiasts, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor games available.
An accessible path connects Park Cottage with Park House.
Our 22 acres of enclosed grounds provide a perfect playground for children and dogs. There’s a badminton area, football field and children's play area.
Parking is available on-site for multiple cars, including 2 EV charging points.
Guests can arrange for a wide range of activities on the estate or nearby – everything from falconry to luxury spa treatments.
Conveniently situated in one of Somerset's most picturesque villages, Cossington Park Estate offers a tranquil retreat. Just a short distance from the M5, it provides easy access to nearby attractions such as Bath, Bristol, Cheddar, Exmoor, Longleat, Wells and many other scenic spots.

Cossington Park is located in the village of Cossington in Somerset, between Glastonbury and Bridgwater and on the edge of the Polden Hills and the Somerset Levels. We are only three miles (five kms) from the M5, Junction 23.
Nearest train stations are Bridgwater and Taunton.
