Our location
Revitalise Jubilee Lodge is in leafy Chigwell on the edge of Epping Forest.
Nestled in the Essex countryside and just thirty minutes from the capital, Jubilee Lodge is perfect for those that crave variety and exploration. The centre boasts a well-appointed entertainment and bar area for those who enjoy socialising, plus a tranquil inner courtyard with a beautiful ornamental pond, where you can relax in serene surroundings. Jubilee Lodge is just a stone’s throw away from the world-famous attractions of London, as well as the pretty towns and lively seaside resorts of the South East.
Expert care support
We know that arranging care for you or your loved one can be difficult. In every Revitalise holiday centre, we have a team of Registered Nurses and Holiday Care Assistants that will take time to get to know you and your care support needs. We are rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission and we support people with every type of condition, including multiple sclerosis, stroke, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease.
Carers are welcome to join their loved ones on their Revitalise holiday or can enjoy their own break elsewhere, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is in expert hands
Fully accessible
All Revitalise holiday centres (Jubilee Lodge and Sandpipers) are purpose built and fully accessible. There is specialist equipment available for those that need it, including hoists, profiling beds and airflow mattresses.
Jubilee Lodge is all on ground level, with facilities and amenities including:
- All guest rooms are ensuite
- Licensed bar and entertainment area
- Tea/coffee area
- Newly refurbished rooms and full-service restaurant
- Internet access and WiFi
- Sun lounge
- Orchard garden courtyard
In-centre activities
Don’t fancy going on an excursion or just want to enjoy a day at the centre? The fun continues through our in-centre activities! Try your hand at boccia or pottery, learn to shoot like Robin Hood with an archery lesson, or show off your knowledge at one of our Tea Time Trivia Quiz’s.
Please note: Our teams are working hard to bring excursions back following the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic, with an aim to provide them again soon.

We are proud to have the largest residential volunteering programme of any UK charity. It is our volunteers who bring their youthful energy and friendship that make our guests holidays so special.

From the North, exit the M25 from Junction 26 then follow the A121, A1168 and A113.
From the South, exit the M11 at Junction 5 then follow the A1168 and A113.
Once you arrive on High Road / A113 in Chigwell and you reach the roundabout, take the exit that takes you to Grange Farm Lane. Then continue on Grange Farm lane for 0.5 miles. Once you pass the housing development and Grange Farm Centre, you will find Jubilee Lodge. Please note, parking is available to guests free of charge.
The closest accessible tube stations to Jubilee Lodge are Woodford and Debden, both on the Central line. From these stations, our holiday centre can be reached in 10 to 12 minutes by taxi. The closest accessible train station is Romford and is 25 minutes away.
