Sussex based Stubcroft Campsite Ltd. are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Feast as our new Sustainability Co-ordinator with additional responsibility for Accessibility & Inclusivity. Mark has an MSc in Sustainability and will be responsible for our REST program (Responsible, Ethical & Sustainable Tourism) He will be working on a range of ideas and innovations to further reduce the campsites environmental impact and carbon footprint and improve our services for guests with Accessible needs as well as looking at the wider issues such as Ethical purchasing & policies. These include a wide range of green projects such as new Solar PV panels, battery storage and new electric vehicle charging points to smaller projects including our Beach Clean Kits and improving wildlife habitats. He will also be involved in looking at all our suppliers to source more ethical and eco-friendly alternatives and ensuring guests with Accessible needs are catered for with high quality facilities & staff training.

Stubcroft Campsite has recently won several awards including the Beautiful South Gold Award for Best Camping, Caravan & Holiday Park and other awards from Green Tourism and other organisations for its innovative approach to Sustainable Tourism.

There are two wheelchair accessible shower rooms (one left handed & one right handed) each with shower, toilet & washbasins and a further wheelchair accessible toilet, all to the latest Doc M standards. The building has disabled parking near the entrance, is fully wheelchair accessible with shallow ramped access with handrails.
