Guests can enjoy 2-4-1 sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays until December 8, with ice discos held on Friday evenings. There will also be sessions for parents and toddlers, school and group visits, along with dedicated quiet times and the ice rink is wheelchair accessible.
Located in the stunning grounds of the historic Alfred Gillett Trust overlooking the outlet’s restaurant terrace, the ice-rink adds the perfect festive activity to a Christmas shopping trip at Clarks Village.
Along with a coveted mix of more than 90 brands offering savings of up to 60% off RRP, guests to Clarks Village this season can also enjoy a Festive Market with independent food and retail stalls interspersed around the outdoor outlet.
With the outlet beautifully lit for Christmas, the Festive Market will make its debut this weekend (Thursday November 10 until Sunday November 13) before returning for the rest of the Christmas season on Thursday November 24 until Christmas Eve. Guests can also enjoy festive treats and feasts at one of Clarks Village’s restaurants or grab-and-go dining outlets.
Chris Davis, Centre Director of Clarks Village, commented: “We have been incredibly busy behind the scenes at Clarks Village preparing to unveil a very special Christmas for our guests. At the heart of the celebrations is our inaugural ice-skating rink which is looking spectacular. We’re sure it will create a real buzz and we can’t wait for our guests to experience it for themselves.”
Off-peak tickets for a 45-minute session are priced from £10.50 for children under 12, £12.50 for adults and from £40 for a family of four. Skate hire is included in the ticket price and skating aids are available to hire for £5 each. Guests are being urged to book now to avoid disappointment.
