New Load'o' Waffle kiosk opens at Clarks Village Shopping Outlet

Clarks Village has welcomed a brand-new Load ‘o’ Waffle kiosk to its food and beverage line-up this month.

Serving delicious Belgian waffles with a gourmet twist, the family-run business inspired by Bruges’ food scene will be a permanent feature at the premium shopping outlet.

Not just your average waffle, the Belgian waffle is made with a lighter batter, larger squares and deeper pockets than American waffles, and is largely eaten as a breakfast treat or dessert, smothered in a range of different toppings.

The mouth-watering, customisable Belgian waffles are all made with homemade buttermilk, with the kiosk offering guests their pick from a selection of handmade, gourmet toppings including decadent mousses and artisan whipped cream. What’s more, Load ‘o’ Waffle uses gluten-free batter and even offers a choice of gluten-free toppings.
