Festive Market Arrives at Clarks Village

Clarks Village has opened its annual Festive Market for the Christmas season.

Opening this weekend, the market of independent stalls will be spread out across the Somerset shopping outlet, offering a selection of food and drink produce and Christmas gifts ranging from local fudge and traditional cider to hand-made jewellery and fused glass ornaments.

The Festive Market launches at Clarks Village on Friday, November 24, and will open daily right through to Christmas Eve. Stalls include the Bearpit Market selling mulled wine, Go Fudge Yourself, Rich’s Cider, Kin Vodka, Beckford’s Rum and Malton’s Mobile Bar. Additional food and drink stalls include Café Blue, Dough Bros, The Happy Café and Toots Pizza alongside independent traders Chickie’s Gourmet Eggs, My Greek Fat Wraps, Bubble T and Load ‘o’ Waffle. Meanwhile, guests can browse for the perfect Christmas gift from Clare Hawley Jewellery, Shelden Glass and Debussie Boutique.

The Betsy & Bird jewellery stall will join the Festive Market from December 1, and Somerset Craft Distillery from December 8, while Sean the Chef will be selling baked treats on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, Emma Keys Portraits and Mahoney’s Candles will also be making appearances during December.

Christmas is well and truly underway at Clarks Village, lit up by its sparkling Christmas decorations. The opening of the Festive Market follows on from the launch of the Clarks Village Christmas ice rink on site at Clarks Village. Featuring real ice, the 550 sq metre undercover ice rink is open for sessions daily, excluding Christmas Day, until January 7, as the perfect add on to a Christmas shopping trip.
