Forestry England’s Alice Holt Forest is inviting you to join them for their first ever accessible and sustainable Santa Run.
The Green Santa, organised by Nice Work, is a brand new festive event taking place on 1st December at the beautiful Alice Holt Forest. It’s the first accessible festive themed race to be held here, and you have the option to dress up!
Racers can take advantage of designated quiet spaces and a dedicated quiet start, should they need to and there will be BSL interpreters on hand to provide race briefing, as well as guide runners for visually impaired runners.
There will be accessible parking available on race day and staff and marshals will be assisting on the day. In the coming weeks, there will be detailed info and photos giving you everything you need to know about the course, event village and toilets ahead of the day.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of the route, the race isn’t wheelchair friendly, but the various trails through Alice Holt are, you can find more information about Alice Holt’s accessibility here.
Book your spaces and see how this event is accessible and sustainable here.
